First thing you should do is buy a pair of quality over ear headphones. After that install nova launcher. As far as the samsung comment goes I have had both and the LG is much better if you don't need the s pen.

Why go back to using a phone that Samsung has completely disavowed? That's pretty stupid. You might as well get a great budget phone until something you like comes out.

It's the glass that covers the lens. It sticks out a tad from the phone body. If you are rough and don't have a case it can break. I have 2 slim cases and both get rid of this issue.

Gotcha. Rumor was it was the flash causing the glass to break which sounded absurd.

I could be wrong, but don't think it was so much an issue of
using the flash to snap a few pics. I think it was more like if you turned to LED flash on to use like a flashlight and left it on for several minutes, then the glass would heat up and become prone to breaking... something like that.

Not sure if all phones are prone to this when exposed to extended use of the LED/flash, or if it's a matter of the light in the V20 causing more actual heat, or the glass being potentially flimsier... or if it was just an anomoly of maybe a handful of phones.
