I'm gonna have to try that out too. I go back and forth on it on a daily basis
I think I'm still leaning plus because it seems like it has a size able difference in features

6+ 128gb; If I can I always buy the biggest size storage available. I've skimped before and regretted it.

6plus.. I'll debate between the 64/128

You gotta get iTunes match man. You're willing to pay $100 extra for a phone when you can do iTunes Match for $25/year.
I have that as well and it's great, but, just because you have that doesn't mean the music you listen to won't take up space on your phone. If you're on wifi it can just steam it, but if your on cellular it actually downloads the song to your phone as you listen to it.
^^ what he said. also, if i'm at the beach or something without wifi, then I wouldn't be able to play music without data. iPod Touch stores all of the music and I don't have to worry about wifi and such. I have Match also, which I use currently with my phone when needed and available with wifi.

but you still have your entire collection on your phone only taking up space as you use it and you can purge the downloaded songs at any time

This is at least the fifth time you've told me. I'm happy with iTunes Match. I don't want another music app on my phone.

I am getting one of each - One work one personal.

How does Google music play on the device when no WiFi is available? Does it eat data?

The 6+ probably wouldn't be so daunting if Apple trimmed down those top and bottom bezels. They're fricking ridiculous. It's barely shorter than phones with 6" screens.
iPhone 6+ - 158.1 x 77.8 x 7.1mm (6.22 x 3.06 x 0.28 inches)
Nokia 1520 - 162.8 x 85.4 x 8.7 mm (6.41 x 3.36 x 0.34 in)
HTC One Max - 164.5 x 82.5 x 10.3 mm (6.48 x 3.25 x 0.41 in)
LG G Flex - 160.5 x 81.6 x 8.7 mm (6.32 x 3.21 x 0.34 in)

I'm sure it is like Spotify. It will use data unless you mark it for offline listening in which case it takes up a little room in your memory on your phone.

I think the bigger sin is letting the camera stick out. Steve would kill someone for that.

I'll have to hold them in person first,
Engineer at work did a mock-up on a 3D printer of both the 6 and 6+. I'm a bigger guy and the 6+ will work for me. I can touch all of the screen when holding in one hand if I got the 6 but not on the 6+. But that really isn't a big deal for me. It also passed the pocket test which I was concerned about.

this wasnt for you. it was providing the other person asking a FREE option to do what your itunes match does for $25/year.
eta why do you hate it when someone suggests a free alternative to something you happen to be paying for? why do you hate america?

you have the option to only play from songs its cached to your phone (which could be quite a lot if you had a random mix playing) or allow it to eat data.
google stores albums, songs & playlists you request it to on your phone and also caches tons of stuff you don't realize when its playing from your music inventory on random.

This. I went to that website that shows true phone sizes and the 6+ is larger than the note 4 in size, yet the screen is the same as my G3 at 5.5". That's terrible.

So I might as well keep a playlist on my phone then. At least until AT&T allows free streaming from Google music amirite?

There's also that double tab home feature that slides moves your screen down so you can reach the top.

sure. but since your library is 'in the cloud' with google music you can always create a different playlist..and 'pin' that one as well..or remove the original one if you have a new one.
its just more options to get access to your tunes..plus you can play them from any browser, etc.
i like the flexibility.
