App Store wasn’t loading, tried going through the website and only took 8 minutes. Space gray, 256 GB, pick up option, f waiting for the mailman next Friday!!

this was my first iphone preorder ever...totally painless. i heard that the apple store app was the way to go, but it never opened up for me. I went to the website and ordered 64gb Space Gray with no issues, enrolling in the upgrade program along the way. Itll be here Nov 3

The pre approval route through the app was very quick. I opened the app, clicked complete ordered and that was it.

weird that the app never opened for me. It finally went through just now.
As someone who never bothers getting new phones (I've gone from a 4 to a 5S to an X), I'm glad this will get me on a new phone every year now. Tired of dealing with shitass pos phones that are 5 years old

I paid cash. Already had what I wanted in my favorites and used Apple Pay to purchase. Less than 2 minutes.

Ahhhh I was upgrading through the Apple upgrade plan. Anyone else have confirmation yet through email that upgrade through the plan?

I upgraded through the Verizon app as it was up well before the Apple Store App appeared. Verizon let me preorder at probabaly around 2:59 and it was really quick(took probabaly 20 seconds to order). I checked the Apple Store App after my order processed and it was still on the “We’ve got something special for you” screen.
