Okay I will try this Roku 3.
What is 4k anyway? The BestBuy guy had a smart watch and glasses, so was a lityle svared to adk him. (Felt Inferior) Please explain.

Ultra High Definition. Your TV has to support it and the content needs to be in UHD also.
Note that UHD has some minimum requirements for internet speed and it also requires a high-speed HDMI cable. See the footnotes at the bottom of the link I posted above.

Going back to BestBuy and return this 2160p UHDTV, I was not told Netflix needs to be upgraded.
