Im looking for a receiver to power speakers on patio. I'd like to connect to TV, bluetooth for music and maybe FM radio. It will stay outside so not looking to spend a lot.

Here is what I have outside. Bluetooth for music. Connected to two outdoor speakers. TV going to the line-in with an additional volume control inline. Works great.

Yamaha RX-V385 for $279 at Best Buy/Amazon. It meets all your requirements above and much more.

You get what you pay for and that includes lower end gear.

I have pretty much the same setup except I have the Fosi BL20C. I have it velcro strapped to the tv mount. I have use the headphone jack on the tv with a 3.5mm to rca cable that plugs into the amp. That way I can control the volume with the roku remote. I have an echo dot outside that's paired to the amp so I can stream music with voice. Cheap and works great. I just installed this stuff 2 weeks ago.

I've had the Yamaha R-S202 with just two speakers on my back patio for several years now. Works great, has plenty of power, has Bluetooth.

Still, my favorite tech buy ever. Mine is hooked to a basic receiver that can send music to almost every room in my house plus patio.

There are a few off brand dongles on Amazon that are claiming chromecast audio capable.
