Will this work with Luton Caseta switches or do I still need a Litton hub as well? I have a wink 2 hub. But I think the Caseta switch for my exterior lighting is the only thing keeping me from switching.

According to this it does. You may want to read it thoroughly though.

Caseta/SmartThings

Worst case scenario you order the hub, do a test, and if it doesn't work send it back.

Does SmartThings allow more tinkering? Is it one where you can actually use other people's scripts or write your own? I bought the wink hub long ago thinking it would be less locked down, but it's about as basic as it gets. I really want to get rid of the fade-out anytime I turn off one of my GE dimmers. It fades too slowly and two gradually, gets to the 10% threshold and causes the LEDs to flicker before turning off.

I'm not sure man. Mine should be in tmrw. When I get a chance to mess with it, I'll see what I can figure out.

Is there a good smarthome thread on this board? I see lots of bits and pieces. I am building a house and trying to make a lot of decisions and the internet has not been as helpful here as I had hoped.
