Do you have Chromecast? If so you can cast to your TV. Never tried but I guess it's possible to run your HDMI to your TV from your computer as well.

A lot depends on the tv capabilities and laptop capabilities, tho HDMI will work. You would obviously rather wireless. Should list what you have. Chromecast is dated for models within the last 2 or 3 years. Windows 10 has built in wireless display option.

Side load this app and cast through chromecast. Thank me later. I got on early when you could pay to remove ads, but I think the payment system shut him down. https://terrariumtv.com

Let's hope the government doesn't gain the power to regulate the ISP's or they'll force them to deny us access to these websites or lose their license.

How do you get that to give you a chromecast option? It's only giving me options of 3 no name media players.

Edit, Nevermind. I figured it out.

Best bet is to put the movie on an external HDD and hook it up to your TV directly

or if you have a server and cloud storage any smart tv can connect to it.

I think it's up to your internet connection and resolution capabilities.
