My Outlook at work is going crazy. I send an email to a group of people, whether it is a pre-made group, or if I pick people from a contact list, or if I type in each individual email address, it ends up sending it to completely different people. Could it be a virus? I'm not the only one in the office having this problem.

Actually, they won't answer my trouble ticket. It's been a week.

Pick up the phone then and quit waiting around. Or fix it yourself.

Hi LSUFootball... You have a virus/trojan . I forget the exact name of the one but have seen it in the past.. Go download yourself a copy of Malwarebytes and Sophos antivirus. Do the updates on Malwarebytes then reboot to safe mode and scan.

frick Outlook 2016!!!

I have to reboot my PC at work at least 3 times a day due to Outlook losing connection to the MS Exchange servers.

Just closing out Outlook and reopening or going into Task Manager and killing all its processes and reopening Outlook do not work.

You have admin rights on your work machine? IT at my place would *never* let users have that.

People need to quit with this attitude. I tell people all day "i'd rather you look at porn on these machines, than try to get around not having Facebook"

Deleted outlook, went to thunderbird. Hopefully it will fix my problem. I do have admin rights because I am high up in the company, and we do have a tech department, but they are not helpful. Thanks for the input.

If you work in technology, I'd quit if I wasn't an admin on my box. I'd never be able to get things done.

(1) OP Clearly is not in IT...
(2) I work for a global corporation that bases "box admin" on many different factors..No one person has access to all the box logins
