with 2 gig customer support and see if they will replace. Anyone ever worked with them?
Their products have a one year warranty and have a date code stamped on them. As long as you bought it from a reputable dealer it shouldn't be an issue.

Is Cad a reputable dealer??
Also any benefit to going with chamberlain over lift master for a garage door opener? I'm told Lift master makes Chamberlain so i would assume they have similar capabilities.

5 star amazon seller.
eta i hope that box was still sealed at least so you can't accuse me of planting a 'bad' sensor in your package.

Believe they are the same product just one is for the DIY market and one for the pros.
When you enrolled your locks into the hub did you bring the hub next to the locks ?

Yes and locks worked fine. Today alone I've seen both locks go offline and different times
.
Cad are the sensors less than a year old? No worries if not.

I think GE actually provides one at amazon if you bought their jasco/ge smartswitch.
Lutron pico remote comes in the box with the smart switch and a faceplate to replace on the wall. You'll have to take out the second switch itself and cap the wires and then the remote will mount in front of it like a regular switch.

SmartThings currently $50 on amazon. Absolute steal.

The iHome Smart Plug version 5 is on clearance for $9.97 at Walmart. You will probably need to sort through the boxes because Walmart is mixing the new version together.

Is there anyway to buy just a remote and faceplate? Apparently the box was thrown away...

does it work with wink?
Posted on 11/14/16 at 10:45 am to CAD703X
Nevermind. I see it does. They are $29 for the v5 here in Nashville and $39 for v6. Too bad they have like 8 v5s.

Is this as good as Wink Hub v2? My Wink is responding super slowly as of late. Thinking of upgrading, but not necessarily attached to Wink.

You want hub2. Smart things is cloud based not local like wink 2.
Specs on wink 2 blow st out of the water which is why they are dumping them for $50.

It's better. This thread is page after page of people talking about how things dont work properly with Wink. You won't have that headache with SmartThings. At least i never have.
