(For the record, this isn't a REAL complaint).....

I've used Chrome for years, and I've generally been very happy with it. However, either my org or google themselves have added a "Search all Tabs" button next to Close, Minimize and Maximize buttons. That's cool, and thank you, but the symbol is, get this, a down facing caret. (a down arrow). Dumb dumb here is getting it confused with the minimize button. I have no problem with the button, but couldn't you have made it a magnifying glass?

Is this my organization or google/chrome "helping me"?

I knew this would be a response, so here's my reply. The two are right by each other, with the new icon/button being left by the minimize button. So for the past 30+ years or so that I've been using windows, the icon/button on the outside of the menu bar has minimize button. So instinctually, that's the one I've been clicking for the past couple of days. The shape of it only exacerbates the problem...

But thank you for your snarky reply....

you act like you've never posted on TD before.

but yes, i am with you, its weird having a 4th 'icon' in the upper right and instinctively i click that to minimize and have to get conditioned to moving to the the second icon now. they are very similar looking.

I use chrome everyday for all internet activity and never noticed this. Thanks for the helpful hint

Also, how many times did you get busted looking at your NSFW material when you tried to quickly minimize it?

OP, lol but thanks - I had not actually noticed this. As one of those "how freaking many tabs DO you have open?!" types, this is going to be helpful.
