Nice of them to add an SD card slot so I don't have to use that adapter.

Got the black version. This thing is nice. Replacing my 2020 i5 w/16 gb of RAM. This thing has an M4 Chip w/16 GB RAM. Like the keyboard. Nice of them to increase the size of the fingerprint reader. Took a couple of hours to migrate files. Now I'm getting to know this thing.

I bought my wife one earlier this year for her graphic design business. She likes it.

Speakers are really nice. Snappier. Didn't think I would notice an extra inch on the screen but I do.

I needed a laptop with an ethernet port this week. I pulled my early 2011 MacBook Pro out of the closet, plugged it in, and it booted right up. I thought that was impressive.

Also, due to the age of the computer, I couldn't upgrade the macOS. I did, however, find out that Firefox has an extended support release that gives me a modern browser.

A non Windows machine that can’t be patched. Shocking.

Technically I think I could do it, but it's not an Apple-supported OS upgrade. I imagine at some point the hardware would be a poor fit for the OS? Anyway, for my purpose, I don't need it upgraded.

Exaclty.

Unless of course you're running Windows 10 on a machine that cannot be upgraded to Win11.

Took it to court this week. Typed for a solid 3+ hours.

Battery was only at 96%.

Been impressed with this beast.

The build reminds me of the old thinkpads.
