Nope

I have a 60" that I put in my bedroom once I upgraded to my KS8000. It looks absurd and awesome

frick that heat output in a bedroom. I think my HTPC and TV already make my room too hot, but then again, I want my bedroom to be an icebox

Which 65" Panasonic do you have?

Panasonic TH-65PX600U or TC-65PS1 TC-65VT10? Prob not worth holding on to.

Panasonic TC-P65VT60 or Panasonic TC-P65ZT60? Still a great display and probably a market for it.

I personally have a 65VT60 and don't plan on replacing it until it dies.

edit: just read the rest of the thread. I wouldn't think much demand for a 65S2, or any non-flagship level plasma (Pio Kuro/Panny VT/ZT/Samsung 8500)

I have a 55 and would never sell it. Still better pic than most LEDs

I have a 55 Panasonic Plasma that I would never sell.

Bought it in 2010 and picture is still incredible.

in many peoples' opinions...mine included...it was a travesty when manufacturers ditched plasma for LED. It's taken many many years for the technology to get close to the level that plasma was able to produce a decade ago. what a waste.

I agree. I have a 60" Pioneer Elite Kuro plasma that I wouldn't trade for any other TV currently on the market. When Pioneer ceased production of Kuros they combined forces with Panasonic to keep the Kuro technology alive. Many of the Pioneer engineers transferred over to Panasonic after Pioneer discontinued their Kuro line.

If it’s a higher end model, sell it for sure. I sold my Panny P65ZT60 on AVS last year and got 1900 for it. Videophiles that don’t care much about 4k will snatch it up quickly.

I still miss mine. We replaced the Panny with and LG OLED in our living room, which is our secondary area and TV. Outside of the 4k content we watch, I think the Panny has a better 1080p picture. If I had to do it over again, I’d keep the plasma since 90% of our 4k content is watched in our theater on our native 4k projector.

Consumers freaked over the burn in factor that was pretty much solved years ago.

IMO Plasma still looks better than any kind of LED TV.

I have the same model and the blacks are no longer black. I would move it to another room, the basement because I’d never be able to do anything other than tossing it.

I would buy the table top stand from you though. I hung mine on a wall 7 years or so ago and lost the table stand.
