Help me wire my house and detach garage.

Current house i did a Netgear Orbi wifi 6 with 2 satellites.
New house I think I am planning to go with ubiquiti equipment. Fiber to house, cat 6 to TVs and APs, fiber to detach garage. Cameras on both. What equipment do your recommend? And would it just buy like a 200ft terminated fiber cable to run between house and garage?
House will be 3700 sq ft with bonus room, and detach will have about 600 finished sq ft. Figure i will need maybe 6 APs for coverage.
Wiring closer probablybin bonus room. No real available closer on main floor.
Recommendations?
In current house I ran wire everywhere, but I only use it for tvs, cameras and office.

Hardwiring TVs when you have great wifi is dumb.
Most TVs still use 10/100 adapters, so you can likely get faster speeds via wifi

How far away is the detached? You might be better off with direct burial Cat6.
If there is conduit, and it has to run with electrical them definitely fiber

Point to point will probably be about 200 feet. My network closet will be in the house bonus room area. I think I will run 2 fibers and a couple of cat6, just for spares.

You don't need more than 10/100, and you cut out a shitload of unnecessary interference and channel competition for the litany of garage door openers, cameras, printers, tablets, NAS, smart speakers, smart fridges, etc. that he's probably likely to install or use.
Ethernet is cheap and reliable. Wire as much as you can, especially between each floor, and pull more than one wire between your upstairs heavy device locations (entertainment center, office, etc.) All it costs is a little bit more for material and an extra jack, the labor will be the same. Hell, if you think you're going to have a home theater somewhere, wire it with Ethernet too. Think projectors, HTPCs, Roku Ultra, etc.

Only things I have wired are wireless nodes and about 15 10/100 PoE things like cameras, lights, intercoms. Couple minis are wired but not through the walls.
Only downside to 10/100 switch is if uplink is only 10/100 then just a hand full of cameras or TVs can saturate it.
I don’t like the idea of wiring up rooms Willy nilly. My house has I think 50+ outdated and unused tech things in the walls and ceilings. It’s an absolute nightmare. Modify the house only when necessary or zero risk (will always be out of sight).
As for between buildings: fiber has advantage of speed and does not greatly increase the risk of lightning damage when spanned between buildings. It can also be run in conduit with live wires. Also, ethernet cables aren’t available as both outdoor/burial and riser rated, adding significant to complexity with these kinds of runs.
Disadvantage for fiber is you can’t bend it too much, you need someone with experience to terminate it, and you need switches with sfp ports. I don’t think cost is a a big difference.
