Gaming Laptop Recommendation: Help

I'm looking for a decent "Gaming Laptop" with a ton of performance to play my PC Games!
Requirements:
1. RGB - this is a must. Full RGB keyboard, trackpad and exterior.
2. Speakers - something loud; but with great range.
3. Touchscreen - must-have for ease of use.
4. Webcam - not a "must", but want to give Twitch a try!

Perfect, one question, do I "plug" the Graphics Processing Unit into the laptop?

I don't think too highly of Acer high end laptops. I can't think of a single gaming laptop with a touchscreen either. Those are usually for productivity type laptops aren't they?

Be sure to get a multi-finger-input low latency touchscreen or you’re going to have trouble microing your zerglings.
