FOX Streaming Quality vs Cox Quality

I've noticed this over a long time that when I stream the football game, I get a much, much better picture than what my Cox box puts out. The issue is that the box is 2 plays faster than the stream, so I find myself wanting to watch that instead.
Is this a Baton Rouge Fox affiliate issue? Is this a box issue (I have the newest box possible)? Is this a cox issue?
Is there anyway to fix it?

100%. It's probably better to watch sports in SD than try and watch the pixelated garbage WGMB puts out in HD

Drives me up a wall -- if the streaming wasn't behind I wouldn't bother.

Using the Fox Sport GO app on my FireTV stick.
But its better on every streaming option available -- the local affiliate just botches it somehow.

Wait till you see how much better the AFC game will look on cbs over this garbage Fox calls HD.

WGMB sucks nuts. Other Fox affiliates look just fine.
I've been told it's because they blow up a SD picture to 720p. Dunno how true that is.
