Looking for recommendations on consulting groups in the New Orleans/BR metro that assist/license ERP systems. Google has a decent list but the reviews are spotty.
Company has grown out of QB's and need a more robust accounting and reporting package that can handle 15+ eliminating entities.

My firm does this sort of work.
Where can i send you an email. How big is your company (revenue)?

So you're looking at entirely starting up a fresh box? I'm a systems analyst for a company that uses SAP, and find it extremely thorough if not somewhat complex. As the person mentioned before, knowing the size of your company, etc. will help people point you in appropriate directions.
Do you have to have a local firm to work with, or is your company open to working with international firms?

Agree. This isn't meant to be a rude question, just necessary to get the right answer.
For example, my company also runs SAP, but would not recommend it for companies under $50 million in revenue.

Really hard to say without knowing size/revenue. I am going to make the assumption that you aren't big enough the for SAPs and JD Edwards out there and say take a look at Sage Software.

We just went through this, chose Microsoft NAV. It blew away Sage and IBM products.
There is a 365 version now but it depends what you need it to do, we are a manufacturer and it doesn't have that feature yet.

If moving HR, financials, payroll, etc to the cloud is something you would consider I'd look at Workday.....a good consulting firm to work with on it is OneSource Virtual....or IBM has a Workday service line that is good. My company uses IBM mainly because the offered a T&M type billing model which was very comfortable for a construction firm.
