What’s bad is this is he only streaming service we regularly see people complaining about outages with. I don’t understand why they have so many problems. It’s owned by an infrastructure company and it owns HBO who has been mass streaming as long as anybody. They should be better than this.

This was the second time in less than a week (Thanksgiving morning) that there has been an extended outage to my knowledge. I have only been a customer for a little over a month. Pretty bad first impression. When it is working, I think it is pretty excellent, but this is troublesome.

The app freezes and crashes a lot, the service is down more often than any other streaming service, but I'll be damned if it isn't a good deal when you have unlimited data from AT&T.

I had an issue Thanksgiving morning as well and that's the first time I've had an outage like that in the 4 months I've had it.
