SIAP/FYI. No overusage charges through May 15 to help folks out working from home. I will not be working from home, but my Plex server is finna eat.
ETA: I don't think that I got an email about it or anything, just checked my data usage on my account and the message is at the top of the screen.

So when internet usage is at an all time high...
When more data is being consumed by a record number of people...
When all other resources are being limited (like grocery stores “two of each item“)...
During THAT TIME somehow the network handles all of it without a single hitch, and (due to social pressures) the ISPs don’t even try to limit people’s usage...
It’s almost like the network was designed for far more data than we’ve been allotted, almost like the entire idea of data caps is nothing but an evil money grab...

Glad I saw this. Just realized 163 GB the past two days took us close to our cap.

Beginning March 16, data overage charges incurred on or after 3/16 will not be billed. This will be in effect through May 15 and is a part of our ongoing effort to keep our customers connected during the COVID-19 work and school closures.

My wife just notified me that our Cox internet is out until 3pm.
Can't be in data cap overage if the internet is down

comcast did it!

If Comcast is doing this . . .

It might actually be the end times.
