Calendar app to manage a family recreational property

Looking for a scheduling app for family to use to book time at a family recreational property. There may be even be a solution in Outlook or Teams that I am overlooking.

i.e. user opens app and see that July 4 is available and family 1 wants to book it. But there are like 10 different families and friends that can book. Also, the moderator can invite people to schedule on the app.
