It’s gonna be an outside tv that’s in a seating area - we have a motorized screen which helps.
I’ve seen a few at Best Buy and Walmart, Sam’s is similar to Walmart, we don’t have a membership to Costco.

Since it's going to be outside I would get something like the TCL 4 Series for $500.

I would even look into any open box deals from Best Buy. Personally I would expect to replace the TV every couple of years, so an open box TV wouldn't scare me very much. As a main TV I wouldn't buy one but for outside I would.

I’ve got a 65” and 75” LG. I have the cheapest 4k they make and run them both with a Google Chromecast device. Zero issues.

Check out rtings.com

They are the best TV review website. You can even search for your budget.

Just get the cheapest one and add Apple TV. The cheap TV's are notorious for having a slow and shitty interface. The Apple TV takes care of that. It's really fast.

TCL is Chinese, I don't want a Chinese TV.

Hisense u6h is going to be your best bet for that price range. It doesn’t do great with glare but if it’s for watching sports, that won’t matter.

I bought a 42" TCL Roku back in 2016 for outside FULLY expecting it to need replacing in a couple of years. It has been outside ever since and still has not missed a beat.

Bought a 55" LED Vizio for the living room at the same time and I am having to replace it now. Im probably going with a 65-70" TCL.

Highly impressed with them for the price.

Same experience. My TCLs are still going strong. My Vizios have gone bad.

Anything, but a TCL. Don't anything Chinese with an microphone, internet, or Bluetooth connection.

Get an older model Vizio M-series or buy Korean or Japanese.

Never buy Chinese.
