Any recommendations or concerns? Looking for a 13 and up… I’ve heard battery health percentage is something to look out for… unfortunately you won’t know it’s percentage until it’s delivered and activated… TIA

You can ask what the battery health is before you buy. I've always used Swappa and never had any issues.

I have bought 2 online from different sites. Both performed and looked as described by the sellers.
As far as battery goes I would just plan on a ~$50 battery swap at a local shop. Think it was $60 w/tax from CPR, a regional/national chain.
Do your research, ask?, take your time rather than rush.

2 in the last week
Swappa.
I bought 2 listed as mint and battery health of 100%.
One was a 14 plus and the other a 14 pro. I watched and waited for almost a month for the right ones.
Both phones arrived in 2-3 days and are perfect.
The plus is for my 23yo daughter's birthday..she's still rocking a beat up iphone 6 and the pro is for my wife for mother's Day to replace her Xr.
Eta take your time and read the descriptions carefully. You can get a really good deal on an iPhone that says "screen not genuine apple" but that will get annoying and whatever your do.. Check the seller and photos carefully no matter what they have the phone condition listed as.
Good luck.

Apple stores are doing battery replacements fairly cheap these days if you need one.

Not necessarily. They can provide a current picture of the battery health.

What did you pay for them, CAD703X? If you don’t mind me asking… out the door price

quote:$499 for the 14 plus and $626 for the 14 pro

I have used swappa and backmarket both, and with great success.
Backmarket refurbishers come with a 1 yr warranty, and if the phone comes in not as described, they will replace it.

I think I've only purchased one new phone in my lifetime. They've all been purchased used. I primarily use Swappa, but eBay also.
On Swappa, I believe each listing lists battery health.

same with me; i think the last 'new' phone i bought was either the pixel 4 or pixel 5. i dont feel like taking the 'hit' for outrageous introductory pricing on new models when you can go 1-2 gens back and get it for 1/4 the price or even less.
i'm always a few phones behind but no one has complained and ive bought ALOT over the years with myself, 4 kids and a wife.
my grown daughter hasn't upgraded in YEARS and i honestly just felt bad for her when she visited me and i saw how old and beat up her phone was.

she's going to be on cloud 9 to get an iphone 14.
