So, Apple ups it's India based i-phone production and sends it to the USA.

THEN it takes it's China based production and ships those to the REST of the world.

This isn't difficult math...

Pretty sure it is for you. It's already shipping to the rest of the world. So what's your point about that?

Now they have to incur moving massive production to India, new production facilities, all that training inexperienced workers that command higher wages than ChiCom slave labor?

So the purpose of the tariffs were to hurt American companies and China, not to move production back to the United States, improve the trade deficit, or refinance our debt?

I’m starting to lose track of the narrative on any given day…

? China caving on its Tarrifs on our exports improves the Trade deficit. Soybean farmers for instance, will be thrilled.

If countries don't bend the knee, then we get manufacturing here. Already happened with major automakers! Perfect, great paying jobs, for American industry and labor!

Even it moves to a friendly non communist country like India, that's a good thing, no?

Sorry to make so many of you puke all over your keyboards, but
either way:

It's another MAGA win!

If you take an item that was made in China and shipped to the US and move production to India to have it shipped to the US, you haven't actually improved our trade deficit; you've simply decreased it slightly with China and increased it slightly with India. Correct?

Only if you have a trustworthy link that says that ALL they're doing is making them in China, then shipping them to India, just to have India ship them to the US, like you just implied. Correct?

It's 9:45 a.m. CDT. 2:45 UDT....You're on the clock.
I'Il check back routinely for your link.

If you don't have one, I have dozens....

ETA: Mess with the Bull, get the Horns. TORO!

I specifically said it was always good to hurt Communist China and help our friends in the process. So you ignored that, correct?

ETA: I'll be waiting on YOUR link that says India is increasing tariffs on U.S. goods like China is too.

I'll save you the trouble. Here's mine. HEH. TORO!

Umm Pretty sure you meant to say apparently we think we found the guy that loudly proclaims he won an argument without giving us a single reason how or why...

It's 11:35 p.m CDT, 4:35 a.m. UDT. You're on the clock. Please do tell...

I'll check back in routinely for your answer and links to back it up.

I haven’t claimed to have won anything; you still haven’t mustered the reading comprehension skills needed to understand and reply to my very simply worded initial post. Or maybe you just haven’t had the time with all the silly preening you’re doing on this thread?

Good thing you haven't claimed to have won anything, since you STILL haven't made a single substantive response. Instead you resort to the last hope for the overwhelmed and desperate-- Ad Hominem attacks.

Fire away. I've had decades of dealing with the bewildering number of idiots in this world, so I have a very thick skin....

I made one substantive response, which you still haven’t responded to, beyond creating strawmen to knock down. Maybe give that another go?

I have no doubt that you very frequently find yourself feeling like you are beset on all sides by your intellectual inferiors and can’t fathom why they are all smiling to one another behind your back

Cut and paste it then. I'll cut and paste my response.
