Alexa and home alarm questions and setup

Ok so I live in New Orleans and my house has alarm sensors on the windows and doors through TOCA here. We like our alarm system but if someone came through the front door, they have 30 seconds to steal and/or murder us all before the alarm sounds. The backdoor triggers the alarm instantly if opened when alarm is enabled.
All that being said, is there a way to have an IFTTT command or something that I can say "Alexa, trigger the Alarm" and it send a text message to a cell # which would in turn sound the alarm? I can do this manually but if I'm being murdered it's gonna be hard to text "alarm" to a cell #.
Or hell, is there a way to say "Alexa, call the police" or "Alexa, call 911" and it call the local authorities?

this sounds like a really really bad idea
I thought that at first, but why? Only thing I could think of is my kids saying it trying to be funny but they'd do it once. No different than when I was a kid and called 911 on a old school phone.
ETA: "Alexa, trigger the Alarm" or something would be preferred.
I'd just buy a gun but I have kids so I don't like kids and guns, just personal preference.

I'm going to assume you have a DMP system. When you arm it stay it should get rid of the exit/entry delay.

maybe its just because amazon hates CAD but alexa has done some very odd things when i'm not even talking to her and my 9yo daughter and her friends were bouncing off the walls at her birthday part last week and were screaming things at alexa and the poor thing is still shell-shocked.

"Alexa...CALL THE POLICE!"
'Playing the Police.....Roxanne..You Don't Have To'
"No!. Alexa, Stop. Call the POLICE!"
'Calling the Pool Guy...mobile or office?"

Mine has three functions:
Armed Stay - Allows you to enter the home with alarm on (30 seconds) and leaves the motion detectors off.
Armed Away - Same as above with motion detectors on.
Armed Instant - Motion detectors off, Alarm instantly activated with entry.

No, I was 9 or 10 and I called them on my parents. It went poorly as my parents whipped my arse. Only whipping I ever got, only one I ever needed.

I've got a couple different arming options but none that I know of to get rid of the entry delay on the front door. How do I tell if I have a DMP system?
ETA:
This is my alarm

Look inside the metal alarm box that is usually hidden in a closet. There's usually a chip with a model # and version on a sticker.

I know on my system pressing "0" a single time arms with a delay at my door. If I hit "0" two times it arms with no delay.
We have a keypad in our master bedroom and the beeping nose it makes during the delay period will wake us up anyway.
I'd call your alarm company and ask them, I'd be shocked if it didn't have a "no delay" option.
