Sky is reporting that he felt something, so they took him out as a precaution.

He was playing well in my opinion. He took down a long ball between two defenders, stretched up with a foot to control the bouncing ball, and back heeled a wonderful pass to a teammate who badly missed the goal.
It was not apparent when he may have been injured or felt a muscle twinge. He did not seem to be noticeably limping when he was pulled, but the announcers seemed to think it was an injury sub.
BTW, there was a note in the commentary on the Lille game that Weah was subbed off due to injury late in the game Saturday. I have not been able to find any news on it.

It's been a long time since I watched Scottish Premier League. I understand that there were many scratches due to Covid. I was not impressed with the overall quality of play.
Harper was not impressive and was subbed off in second half for what appeared to be calf tightness. He is young , but looks like he needs to develop a lot to threaten for a USMNT slot.

Supposedly he is leaving Celtic this summer. He was played as a lone striker, so very out of position.
