I don't think he's an automatic starter, but I think they expect him to be in the 18 fairly quickly.

Looks like we have a transfer that went completely under the radar. Atlanta United central midfielder Rayshaun McGann (18) has signed for La Liga club Getafe CF. He moved exactly 1 month ago and is playing with their Juvenil A side. McGann also spent time with Philadelphia ???????? LINK

I mean, there's nothing to stop him from switching to Spain or wherever, but every indication shows that he's all American.
