I was there in October of 2024 and I swear the same pile of dirt is still sitting behind the goal where the Kopp is going to be.

I was just reading 2 or 3 articles today about that dirt pile lol. They've had some infrastructure changes, such as removing and relocating a major power trunk line that was underneath the Kop. Other permitted fixes as well. But yeah, it's dragging.
