Ryan and Rob will sell the club is my guess. They just don’t have the kind of money it takes to get Wrexham to PL. They will be doing well to stay in the Championship.

I dont see it happening. At least not now anyway. They are getting more and more $$ backers involved with the Owners of Necaxa and Allyn Family.

Maybe they can just ditch the League and play Cup games the rest of the season?

First Championship win on the road at Millwall 2-0. 19 minutes of extra time.due to apparent serious injury to Wrexham keeper Ward.

Wrexham need to sign two good Defenders in january if possible and a quality midfielder. Their back line is SLOW. I know there are something like 13 new players in the squad if I remember correctly. Maybe it's as simple as getting them all on the same page, but from 100 feet above it looks like their defense is really outmatched in the champ. Making defensive errors in league 1/2 might result in a goal 50% of the time but in the championship it feels closer to 80-90% the balls in the net.

This team may be starting to find a groove. Much better last few games than first few games.

Can they actually do it? Would be incredible.

No doubt they will stay up in tGOATpionship. Just wonder if they will teeter more towards eventually getting to Premier League or eventually faltering back to League One.

Hope so. Same thing happened last season when they stepped up to League 1. Learning curve.

I know it's a moneymaker, but I kinda wish they'd dive on these other competitions and focus on the Championship and trying to get promoted. Too many chances for injury or fatigue with the extra matches.

Agree but at the same time I think they are aware enough to realize that another promotion this year is probably not happening. If they can take advantage and advance in these cups that may be the next best thing. With a lot of teams pulling back on Cup Matches and sitting people it levels the playing for Wrexham.

While promotion is always the manager speak goal, they have to realize that success is simply staying in the Championship, and if needed, sustaining being in this league for years if that's what it will take to eventually be promoted to the Premier League.

I think they need to play as many games as possible to get this new roster to gel.

They replaced a ton of players with the promotion so they don't know which starting 11 is the best option.

Derby @ the Racecourse in the morning. Huge opportunity for the Red Dragons to move up to midtable. It’s going to be a physical battle and I feel like a red card will be shown. Possibly more than one.
