Worst Player on a Top 5 EPL Team (Regular Player)

Let's get your thoughts on who you think the worst player on one of the current top 5 EPL teams is. And don't list guys that barely play. Pretty much starters or those that get a good deal of playing time.
The teams are Man U, Man City, Arsenal, Tottenham, and Newcastle.
For me it's a toss up between Ledley King for Spurs or Jonas Gutierrez for Newcastle. I could be way off base but neither one of these guys has ever impressed me.
Thoughts?

I love this guy. I think he's a total baller.
Just for this season, I'm going to say Arshavin. But it's tough to single any one player out, because if you're a regular for any of those clubs, you are the 99.99 percent.

From Arsenal's point of view? I'd say Arshavin until he got loaned, and now Ramsey.

Ledley King was once really awesome. He's still a better CB than Michael Dawson.

Magnificent workrate. He's played primarily because of that reason.

I know it's not a top 5, but can we have an honorable mention for Charlie Adam?

I would try to justify my opinion, because this is the internet afterall, but I just didn't read.
I'll still stick with my vote.

You Ramsey haters are blind! Blind!
He struggles in the DLP position because he isn't a DLP. He has no ability to drive from deep. He's an AM playing out of position because we have no one else. I will compare him to the time when Fabregas was moved further upfield in 08-09. He really struggled in that role. The next season he played the role much better because he understood how not to play it. Wenger loves to put players out of position so they learn, which is what he is doing here with Ramsey.

Not a huge fan of Mertesacker, but he may not be the worst...

He coped rather well with our high line. I can think of only two times when he was exposed (Norwich away and Man U at home), otherwise, he played decently. He certainly didn't make as many mistakes as Vermaelen.

I also hate Jonny Evans and when Arsenal played Santos at LB, atleast early on, he was not very good...
kinda nitpicking, but you have to with top 5 teams...

Playing out of position doesn't justify all of the just plain bad touches/shots though..

My vote goes to Phil Jones.
