If we win one game we should make it out of the group.

Based on historical precedent it’s essentially impossible to not advance on 4 points. There’s a possibility 3 could be enough

I don’t think we’re entering the tournament in bad enough form to be a genuine threat to miss

Unfortunately I don’t see it. They are vindictive, and seem soft. Mentally fragile. Hope I am wrong, but I will be pleasantly surprised if they make it.

I'd put the chances over 80%

If we don't make it out of the group in an expanded tournament on home soil where 32 of the 48 teams now go the knockouts, then just disband the program.

We shouldn't be happy with just being one of the 32 best teams though.

I agree.

However, after I watched the "US Against the World" documentary on MAX, I did not come away very inspired.

I can't put my finger on it, but I did not like the vibe. Like, they don't really believe in themselves as a team.

If we finish second will be playing in Dallas on July 3rd.

Might be worth a trip for that.

How much are you willing to pay for a ticket? I have 2 brothers who live there that said decent seats are selling for $10K each.

I was the opposite.
Got me pumped.
