Most considered DMB to be the worst of our starters, so he's actually overachieving this WC

2. Negative comments on Howard's performances here and on other threads are just outrageous.

Was coming to post this. At one point, Bedoya gained possesion yesterday and they said his name and I thought to myself "Oh yeah, I forgot about that guy." But I don't know if that makes him the least impressive since my expectation of him was low.

Bedoya was busting his hump on defense and was not given the ball much. I know he's had some anonymous appearances, but that's almost by design. I will say that he really needs to work on his play in the final 3rd

That's what I asked on the last page. Is it good that we don't notice him? Like a CB in football, maybe? I don't know. I'm no soccer expert.
