1. Trolls
2. Chelsea Trolls
3. Mexico fans, especially those born in the US who boo during the national anthem.

You may have me wrong here. My pet peeve isn't that the announcers supposedly suck, it's that at least one poster will say the announcers suck in every match thread.

More when you watch bigger games at a bar, but I can't stand when you're watching games with a big group of people and you got 4 or 5 guys screaming "shoot it" anytime the ball is within 15 yards of the 18

Nationalism/patriotism in international competitions (every national anthem is roughly an hour and a half long). Can't we all just do our best to see them as clubs instead of representing some plots of land? Ah, dreams of mine.

this is an odd pet peeve, considering the fact that the whole point of an international competition is for the teams to represent their nations.

when an commentator, often Efan Ekoku, mentions that a free kick shot off target,"was always going ova" the bar. the keyword here that annoys me being "always" as if the gods predetermined the outcome and trajectory of the kick somewhere in the book of genesis

Dafuq?

They're referring to the point in time after the player has struck the free kick.

After he kicked it, it was always going over (i.e. no deflection, crazy gust of wind, weird spin, etc.)

Talk about picky.
