The goal was scored at 98:36... the corner that started that pattern of play was given with about 20 seconds left in the added time...

I’m not a Liverpool fan. The corner was given before the 8 was up. I didn’t watch the full game so not sure why there was 8 added. Not watching the game and then saying “it’s dumb there were 8 minutes added” doesn’t make sense to me. It could have been entirely reasonable.

I think there were like 3 delays to check on injuries (the one for their keeper being the longest), plus subs and their general time wasting... hell.. they even had 2 players booked for time wasting, though that was in extra time...
but someone nailed it earlier, if they'd have just cleared the ball after we briefly lost possession, I think the ref is blowing the whistle...
