2 predictions/thoughts I have for the Portugal match
1- we need jermaine jones to just kick the shite out of CR7 all game long.
2- Jozy is going to bigboy Pepe all night long. Altidore was owning John Terry the other day in the Sunderland v. Chelsea match.

JK will have a plan for C7, the thing is will we focus and carry through.
I think we need to take him out of the game as best we can and counter if we score first. If they score first we will have to take chances going forward because Portugal has an excellent defense.

I just hope Jermaine makes it out of the Ghana game without a card. That's definitely going to be a chippy game.

I don't think that Portugal lost to Northern Ireland.
Regardless, Portugal has done that shite during qualifying for their last three major tournaments. Didn't affect their ability to reach the knockout rounds in each of the final tournaments.
I would imagine that their playoff against Sweden will be more predictive of their performance in the World Cup since it better replicates the environment.

Unless they´re the favorite (in general, I don´t mean in a match), Portugal is always dangerous.

I was looking at the English National team roster and noticed Joey Barton hasn't appeared much for them. Is this because he isn't good enough or because of his psychotic attitude and past remarks about the English national team?
