They’ve literally had a new one at least once a year for like the past 7 years straight

Wtf...Silva has done a great job there. In hindsight, he should've gone to Everton when he had the chance. He'll land on his feet for sure.

They started great, but the results had been trash the last few months.

The Club is convinced the appointment of Silva was the right one and had it not been for the unwarranted approach by a Premier League rival for his services we would have continued to prosper under his leadership.

The catalyst for this decision is that unwarranted approach, something which the Board believes has seen a significant deterioration in both focus and results to the point where the long-term future of Watford FC has been jeopardised.

FOH, Watford.

I've been reading that he hasn't been committed since the Everton approach and that he has only been focused on a move away in the summer...

How do you expect him to show commitment beyond a year when you haven’t shown commitment to any manager beyond a year? And they’ve had some very capable managers on that stretch
