#USMNT is playing a meaningful World Cup qualifier without Bradley and Dempsey in the lineup for the 1st time since Sept. 2005 vs Mexico.

So does this mean Acosta is at LB and Fab on the wing?

Is that lineup essentially a 4-4-2?

Wood-Altidore

Johnson-Bedoya-Beckerman-Zusi

Acosta-Besler-Cameron-Yedlin

Beckerman is 34 years old. He has been a good player and will be fine against the Grenadines but the US really should look at establishing a new #6. Even at his prime, Beckerman was out of his depth on the world stage.

Definitely. Trapp should get some call ups for depth and experience as well.

So we're either putting Bedoya or Zusi at the 10

The attack will have to flow through Bedoya in the middle or through Zusi and Johnson on the wings. Acosta and Yedlin like to move forward as well. I really wish Kljestan would get some meaningful looks as a #10 for the USMNT then by doing so allowing Bradley to be a real #8 or #6.
