Is Zardes a midfielder?

I would list him as a winger/forward

Any lineup predictions?

Jozy up top on his own or paired with Rubin, Bacon, or Zardes?

I'll take a stab at it. I think we experiment with the 3 man backline again

-----------Jozy--------
--Zardes---Bradley----Fabs
Shea------Morales-------Yedlin
---Ream----Brooks------Orozco
-----------Rimando------------

You're likely right. I'd like to try a 4-2-3-1.

Jozy
Zardes | Fabian Johnson | Bedoya
Bradley | Williams
Shea | Brooks | Orozco | Yedlin

Yedlin could also play forward and they'd either sub in Chandler or switch to your 3 man backline with Ream.

Can he?

I'm asking. I know the dude can flat out fly but didn't know he's ever been anything more than a defender.

He played right midfield in his first cap, he plays forward, exclusively, at LA Galaxy.

I'm not convinced the dude has any technical skill, or at least enough to warrant a midfield spot, after watching him against Chile. He had multiple opportunities to shoot and/or make a play and failed, including one where he was all alone and he panicked and ended up making a pass that turned into nothing when any other decent player should have scored.

He was constantly in good spots, due to this speed, but when he had the ball he rarely did anything with it. Only one game I suppose.

When I said forward, I meant forward in attack as in get up the field. Not forward as in striker. My bad on verbage.

Only reason I put him there because he'll move up and down the field. He could easily be put on the wing which is his more natural position. Thinking about it more, Bedoya and Fabian should probably be swapped.

This doesn't look bad but Bedoya would be in the middle and Fab on the wing IMO.

Most likely because it will be on the main ESPN channel as well! If not try reddit streaming sites
