When he has to make halftime adjustments, he seems to do well.
I don't think we got our tactics wrong this match, and I don't think we made any major adjustments at the half. Jamaica came out in a low block and just put everyone behind the ball. That takes time to break down, and it took us 48 minutes.
That happens.
This wasn't like the Honduras match where Gregg got everything wrong and had to change it all at the half. Just because we didn't score in the first half doesn't mean we got the tactics wrong.

For some reason I just decided to go read Berhalter's page on Wikipedia (not the first time I swear), but then I saw this:
Wtf..

Gregg is known for throwing in game bounce passes to his players. When feeling confident, Gregg will expertly execute a behind the back bounce pass. Some have called these passes unnecessary, while others have hailed them as adding much needed swagger to the team.
Wtf..

Yeah greggg definitely follows @watke on Twitter. I felt like his behind the back pass in the first half was just for @watke to break down on Twitter. LINK

@USMNT
USMNT Travel Roster Update:
Antonee Robinson and Zack Steffen (quarantine restrictions), and Weston McKennie (quad soreness) will not travel to Panama and will instead head straight to Columbus to prepare for #USAvCRC on Oct. 13.

I expect we’ll see a much more “veteran” lineup in Panama. Yedlin and probably one or two of Roldan/Lletget/Acosta will probably start

Wonder if Gregg considers Acosta at LB over Bello and Dest? I wouldn’t mind Dest, but not sure a Elko is ready for this.

Don’t love that. My guess is berhalter will go defensive and put Acosta in the midfield with Adams and musah. Berhalter seems to really like Busio but think we’ll see Acosta initially to weather any early game chaos.

Apparently Gregg kept Yedlin off the matchday squad yesterday so he wouldn't pick up a second yellow and be suspended for the Panama game.
Guessing he will be starting at RB with either Bello or Dest on the left.
With McKennie out, I have a feeling it's going to be a midfield of Adams behind Musah and Lletget with Acosta coming on for any one of those three to choke out the game if we have a lead.
