Not playing edu is inexcusable in my opinion. I think he's still chasing the idea of Davies by playing Findley. You can see the nightmare that his speed is on their back four but it's just that. He simply is not a finisher at this level yet and it's hard to fault him.
I really don't know who I'd rather see come on here Buddle or Gomez though.

Well I think Dempsey has been far and away our best player but Bornstein really hasn't been bad at all. Surprisingly Cherundolo is the one that looks like a disaster waiting to happen.

I'd go with Buddle.. he hasnt gotten the time i thought he deserved coming in to the Cup..

I could see Bob bringing in Benny for Findley again for the second half. On paper it doesn't sound great since we need a goal but it would help us control the midfield a bit better.

Lots of lazy passes. Lots of soft defense. Only 2 subs left. Who comes in next? Does a sub even matter? I can't believe we are allowing Ghana to possess the ball so much. I mean it has to be 2:1 in favor Ghana for the first half. That's a disgrace. Hopefully someone or something lights a fire under their asses.
As for Findley's point blank shot on goal....how many we gotta miss before we make one. That's just ridiculous. I thought these guys were better than that from listening to the media all June.

Buddle should have started with Gomez coming off the bench. Instead you start Findley and he gives you nothing. Now one of Buddle/Gomez wont see the field.

We definitely belong here but we're a team that has to get it's lineup and tactics right or we'll be exposed.
