Either the shorts or the socks should have been white. Maybe this is about the monochromatic thing FIFA is going for, but it is too much red.

Red shorts and socks are a nice touch IMO. I like it more than I thought I would. Doesn't look super American but it's fine.

I like the home kits. They're clean-looking and I like the collar. They might not be super creative, but trying to be flashy gets you crap like this away shirt.
