From Socceroverthere:
The US is 13-1-8 all-time against Jamaica, including a 3-0-0 mark in the Gold Cup.
The US is 20-6-4 all-time in knockout stage matches at the Gold Cup, including an 8-2-1 mark in the semifinals (they are credited with a draw for going to PKs against Canada in 2002 despite advancing).
This will be only the third US game ever played in Atlanta and the first game in Atlanta since a 1-0 victory over China on October 10, 1977.
Michael Bradley has played every minute of the USMNT’s 12 games so far in 2015.
Clint Dempsey’s 11 career Gold Cup goals are tied with Panama’s Blas Perez for the third most in Gold Cup history. Only Landon Donovan (18) and Mexico’s Luis Roberto Alves (12) have scored more. Something something pvilleguru.
