Thats exactly what is going to happen...

When we are defending, it will be the 4-5-1, but when we attack it will almost turn into a 4-2-3-1

I missed the second half because I was playing soccer myself.

What pissed me off about his interview just then was how he said "I hope the team is buying in". That is incredibly snarky, not to mention shitty, of someone who is not on the team to say.
