At this point frick why not. He seems to be able to create his own shot which is something the rest of the striker pool really can’t say

And his natural position is striker.
ETA: It would be the most idiotic move by Gregg ever if he only saw Hoppe as a winger when that's our deepest position and not at all as his natural position which is also our weakest.

He might have been. But I didn’t think anyone looked that good on Juventus. He was definitely better than Ronaldo, but he didn’t stand out like he did for Italy.
