Damn fine save from Andre Blake. He probably could get a look from a club in a decent European league.

The Lletget-Villafana combination along with Dax are the bright spots

Bummed that Rosenberg picked up an injury in camp, would've liked to see him at RB.

That said, Zusi is behind Yedlin and Fab on the RB depth chart, so not worried about him getting meaningful time there.

Dude Lletget has deserved looks for a while now. West Ham drooled over him when he was in the academy, saying he was better than Lampard when he came through there. Fat Sam only played him in one league cup match and never gave him a look again

Really have like what I've seen from both Garza and Villafana at LB... Gives us options going forward.

Rosenberry? I didn't hear anything about an injury. Where did you see this? He seems like a smart guy but he's already pretty old for just getting his career started.
ETA: but I agree I would love to see him get a serious look

Phone autocorrected... could've sworn I read somewhere that's why he got cut, or maybe it was Hedges.

That's about the fourth unnecessary foul from Juan today.

I played against Walker a tiny bit growing up. He's a year younger than me but his club team would play up an age group in some Atlanta area tournaments. He's good

Of all the dumb shite Jurgen did, not ever calling Lletget is probably the dumbest. He fits almost every single need we've had over the last couple of years.

I'd like to see a Jozy/Jordan partnership, at least for twenty minutes or so. I think Juan may have solidified his 4/5 spot on the depth chart. 5 when Bacon returns.

3 halves down and Clint Dempsey is still the last American to score in a USMNT match with Bruce Arena as head coach.

That was a frustrating half. Lots of nice movement, lacking a finish.
