I'd consider subbing jones out
That's insane, he's like the one non-defender that is holding his own physically right now.

So far out of all the guys on the team I'm most impressed with Luca. He's quick and shifty and looks reallly comfortable under pressure.

Jurgys son has a leg on him. And I like Sargent alot, possibly because he looks like Kyle Brofloski.

Not sure which match you're watching, EPB & BR's Favorite Son are the sole reason this game isn't 3-0 right now.
You must be mistaking the back line for the goalkeeper.

Hopefully he has some good halftime adjustments. A clean sheet is a blessing but we have been getting better as the half wore on. Hopefully that keeps up.

AMAzing that they escaped this first half without conceding a goal. That said I don't see how they put it together offensively to even chcallenge in the second half if they can't maintain possession through the middle. And no more long balls goddamnit out of the back. It just feels like a matter of time until Venezuela puts something together.

I can't imagine the fact that they got so much more rest is helping us.

We started a bit slow in the last game, too. Hopefully we can put it all together in the second half. Midfield has to step up.

If we can't hold possession longer than 5 seconds then they will keep getting more and more chances. We have to adjust to their physicality, maybe embellish physical touch so Venezuela will think about if it's worth it or not.

The back four are being overwhelmed. No time to play out to an already weak midfield.
Direct? We are toast unless Tab figures out how to get the play up the wings IMO. They out class us in the midfield clearly.

Jones is a fricking liability today.

I thought that landed in the goal.

Feels like a Venezuela goal is only a matter of time.

De La Torre confuses me, he'll make inch perfect touches in tight spaces and bulldozer touches in open space.

Lol. Was thinking the same thing. And of course right after I praised him.
Posted on 6/4/17 at 2:13 am to PhilipMarlowe
How the hell is that not a card?
Posted on 6/4/17 at 2:13 am to GeauxLSUGeaux
shite, we may be without Sargent now.
Posted on 6/4/17 at 2:15 am to Broski
I hope not. It looked rough though
Posted on 6/4/17 at 2:15 am to Broski
Got to bomb Venezuela if they hurt Sargent
