Do you guys think Jozy is done for the tournament?

yes. That pull seemed pretty intense.

Great match.

Much much better play.

were you guys pissed to see Donovan not starting?

Any word on why he didn't start?

Here is what I observed from the game today.

-Have we ever had a worse set piece taker than Sasha Kljestan. Other than that her played well.
-Jermaine Jones is a flopping pussy, but he's still a good player.
- If team USA played at a higher tempo they could probably score alot more goals. They take too long trying to form an attack.
-Cherundolo & Licaj

Im just an amateur soccer spectator so feel free to tear my impressions of the game apart.

I thought the same, it was refreshing to see him play well for once.

I noticed this as well. Guys seem to want to pass it without even running with it.

My two sisters are intelligent. Neither one of them even invited me to their respective weddings.

Just about every link tells you the story.

If you're going to get anywhere in life, you should probably master basic internet searches.

Dempsey and Donovan were at weddings last night. Dempsey got into DC at 2 AM. Donovan got in DC at 7 AM.

Lichaj needs to spend his post-Gold Cup summer taking left footed crosses. He's pretty solid otherwise.

Bradley started off slowly, but bounced back and had another very good match. I'm not like some here who think he is or could be "world-class," but I am surprised he didn't play more at Villa last season.

I still hate how many long balls we play. We're not Spain or anything, but I think we could play it on the ground more than we do and have some success.

First US match I can remember in a long while where we had the clear tactical advantage from start to finish. Props to Bradley for doing the right thing at the start of the match for once.

Tough spot for Agudelo to be thrown into, but he did a decent job. I continue to be surprised by his physicality. Does well for a young kid. Can get lost at times, but the kid has talent. Will be interesting to see how he does with Altidore likely out.

Houllier basically banished Americans after the ManU debacle where Lichaj bombed. Bradley never had a chance. Lerner should demand that Bradley plays. He really is a perfect EPL mid field player.

I hope he leaves. McLeish really plays disgusting football. I'd rather he go to Fulham, Everton, West Brom, Wigan, or Swansea (lead all English leagues in passes completed per game, with 100 more passes a game than Arsenal). All those sides play better football than McLeish does.
