Is Gelato laying the grounds now incase we lose tonight?

This is kinda big news. Jurgen has always been Sunil's golden egg.
I will never pull against USA but if we flame out and jurgy's gone then that's a step in the right direction.

If USA goes out in 1st round, both dopes should be out.
Sunil is some sort of teflon Don, as head of soccer USA. Time to make shite stick, and clean house.

Make it a package deal with Sunil and I'm yelling GO TICOS.

Does he mean to say expectation?

If Sunil fires Jurgen after this tournament, then Sunil has to go as well. This would have been a great time to break in a new manager. Now we don't have anything until WCQ resumes.

I would assume he meant expectations

I know Jurgy has been kept on no matter how bad he has done in the past, but this seems real from gulati. I won't pull against the US, but lets see what happens.

Grant Wahl Verified account ?@GrantWahl Have always thought Klinsmann's job was safe unless World Cup was in jeopardy. But Gulati suggests his seat may be hotter than expected.

Even if Sunil fricked up this hire (this really depends on how Klinsy's changes to our youth set up work out over the next 10-15 years), I think he may be worth keeping around because of his pull in FIFA. He's basically the 9th most senior member on the main council. I am not really big on the guy, but his position in FIFA might help us get that World Cup we deserve.

I think so too.
I am more worried about the manger lining up our players and the guy that put us in position of finishing 4th in the 2015 gold cup.

This. I would never ever pull against my country. But if I knew for sure it would get rid of Klinsi, I would be a Ticos fan tonight!

Jesus christ we have shitty fans.
ETA: I am definitely not on the Jurgen train, but I would never cheer for us to lose. Especially against a CONCACAF opponent.

No one gives a frick about this Copa America tournament. Better to get it fixed before the World Cup
