Do Arsenal finally sack Wenger now? Arsenal haven't gone forward; the EPL has gone back.
i have been happy with our EPL performances of late (outside of Chelsea). Think we have a legit shot at winning the league.

I really just don't get it. Goalkeeper isn't a position you would need rest, and this isn't the Capital One cup where you want to play your reserves. Especially having lost your first group stage match as it is.

Eeeesh that was horrid from Ospina. This Olympiacos team team is such shite though, I still don't think we're going to lose this game. Course, Zagreb was shite too.

Just. Just stop.
What Arsenal should have told Wenger at least four years ago.

I'm impressed with your confidence.

I don't know, 2 goals in 45 minutes when the team has struggled to score all season up until their last match.

It doesn't negate Ospina's shitty keeping there, but I'm not convinced it was over the line.

Props to Cambiasso there. His teammates started to surround the ref, and he shoved them away. Class.

I'm not sure the entire ball was over the line, but I know for certain it wasn't as bad as the endline official was claiming. On the replay they showed him with his hands apart by nearly 2 feet signifying that's how far he thought it went over.

Premier League - parity or mediocrity? More at 10.

Just my own humble opinion. The Greeks don't look like they have much in the way of a midfield this game and have scored two fluke goals off of set pieces. Arsenal has turned it up and generated chances with ease when they build out of the back. We'll if the spotty defending and sub-par finishing keeps dogging them in the second half, but they're going to create plenty of chances it seems.

What was Casillas bitching about? He was pissed the Chelsea player didn't block the kick.

All in all, it wasn't a terrible half from us. When teams sit deep like this, we are simply going to struggle to create chances without Giroud.
Two bad moments on set pieces. Uphill battle from here. Our chances of getting out of the group are dim as they could be right now, but again, I'm putting all my eggs in the PL basket. I don't have much stake in finishing second in the group and going out in the Ro16.

I pretty much agree.

No doubt, which is probably what would happen if we do somehow sneak out of the group. I'd still like to see how the chips fall but my CL expectations arent super high which makes it hard for me to get too upset at our form so far during the two games. Now if it carries over to Saturday then i'd be unhappy.

Time to take out Coq and put in Ramsey.

Who knows, it could come down to who loses to Bayern by the least amount
Another Round of 16 exit would be pretty darn disappointing.

As a keeper, I'm ashamed. It's not just Ospina today either. Arsenal's goal probably should have been saved. There have been lots of other mistakes in other UCL matches. Not a good day to be a keeper.
