City reportedly ready to offer $176 million for Kane.
The Guardian
Romano is the one that reported it I believe. Anyway, that's a lot of money if this is actually true.

I saw that but there was some confusion on if he meant 150 euros or pounds.
$150 Pounds = $207 USD
$150 Euros = $176 USD
Still would be more than enough to finish the Tomiyasu deal and go striker hunting with either Vlahovic or Lautaro Martinez

The cynic in me says this has long been agreed to and now it’s just a show. Hence us spending money early in the window. Only thing I want to see is what 2 strikers we replace Kane with and if we are going to get an additional playmaker.

Looking like Lautaro Martinez is off the table since Inter just lost Lukaku. Vlahovic now seems to be #1 ST target

Spurs to play Pacos de Ferreira in the Europa Conference League on August 19th and 26th.
They're actually a somewhat decent Portuguese side who used to be managed by Paulo Fonseca. (Remember that name?)

What y’all got for projected Starting XI? This would be my 4-3-3
Son - Kane - Bergwijn
Lo Celso- Ndombele - Hojbjerg
Reggy - Rodon - Romero - Doherty
Lloris

I think you will see this...
Sone - Moura - Bergwijn
Dele - Hojbjerg - Skip
Reggy - Dier - Romero - Tanganga
Lloris
Sadly I don't think there is a chance Ndombele starts. Sanchez will start in place of Romero if they don't think he is fit enough.
It sucks for NES to start his campaign against City because they are going to dominate the ball and we are going to be forced to counter which is exactly how we set up under Mourinho. The risk though is you open things up to try to appeal to the fan base and leave yourself exposed and play yourself out of the game in the first half. I think we will see a pretty organized and conservative first half. I would expect the second half to be more front foot just like the Chelsea and Arsenal second halves.

I would be slightly surprised to see Romero slot in this quickly, but wouldn't be shocked to see him start.
May see Lo Celso in that midfield instead of Skipp.

If Levy pulls the trigger on Kane next week he and Paratichi better have these transfers lined up and ready to go. Fans might burn the new stadium to the ground if he ends this window with a net positive on transfer spend.

Honestly I feel like there’s already a framework deal done behind the scenes. Once it triggers I think Paratici will have his ducks in a row. He doesn’t seem like the guy who just wings it

No way Kane plays tomorrow, right?
I’m not feeling too confident right now and hope we keep it some what respectable.

Well if he doesn’t play I think it supports my theory that a deal is already done behind the scenes.
Personally I’d be okay with him as a 60’-70’ sub just to get his feet under him

Ndombele not even in the squad.
That's more worrying than the Kane debacle.

Opening Day Starting XI: Yikes
Got to think we see Romero & Gil make their debuts at some point

Honestly when we sell them that’ll be over $200 million to spend. At this point I’m excited to just get it over with.

I'm holding out hope that Ndombele will pull through, but it doesn't seem promising.

Also, where the hell has Rodon been?
