He was heading to Boro anyway. He pretty much rode the pine a good chunk of last year.

Bartra and Sokratis. Bender can play CB as well as Ginter

but they replaced them and kept auba and reus
they also signed some young guys when the current crop starts to leave
BvB is clearly a develop/sell club. they don't have an owner like Roman or an EPL-sized tv deal

Apparently the stoke bid for Allen wasn't accepted yet. Stay tuned

I can't believe they've been able to hold onto both of those guys.

Dembele is going to be world class one day. I think he'll end up being the cream of the crop there (Sorry Christian)

Also, the young Turkish player Mor is going to be very good.

Chelsea's coming off a rough season.

Big potential signing for City as multiple sources are saying Palmeiras' 'The New Neymar' Gabriel Jesus has signed a five-year deal with the Cityzens for a fee of 32 mil euros.

How does acknowledging an obvious fact equate to being pessimistic?
I mean I could pretend like I'm as good as Ronaldo but that wouldn't be optimistic it would just be stupid.

I think the issue here is that you're totally disregarding Dortmund restocking young talent after losing, once again, some of their key players.
They are continually gutted, yet restock and tend to remain somewhat competitive.
It isn't that they've had, "a hell of a summer" meaning they'll compete with Bayern again or anything, but after losing a world class defender and a top MF they're still looking promising and will be an exciting team to watch.
Don't think I could have laid it out any clearer than that.
