well the NFL has a bunch of tickets that usually go corporate but you said the NFL team v. teh soccer club. i don't see how that's different

The point was about what percentage of the crowd is corporate versus real fans. Saying that the soccer clubs get 25k each is a much higher percentage than what NFL teams get. Therefore, it's a much less "corporate" crowd for these games than a Super Bowl.

Basically it´s a socialized/communist franchise system, and winners rotate on a high tide/low tide basis (the draft).

What the hell are you on about? The discussion had nothing to do with the structure of the leagues or parity or anything where the "socialized/communist franchise system" compared to soccer's more open system matters. It was simply a question about crowd composition and how that is affected by the number of tickets each club gets to split among real fans, not just corporate sponsors and such.

I´m talking about clubs, and what they are/represent (in comparison to NFL teams).

The tickets mean a lot. A lot.

25K tickets to an NFL team go to corporate cronies and clients (doesn´t happen in football, with possibly the exception of the older Agnelli owned Juve, when FIAT was more globally involved in distribution).

Sad to think that we will never see Xavi in a Barca uniform and Pirlo in Juventus uniform.

2 of the best midfielders to ever play the game and classy people.
